Learn how to be alone
Sometimes there are circumstances that cause us to be alone for periods of time. The loneliness is often more painful than the alone-ness. Basically, these two things are not the same. By learning how to be alone, you can, therefore, control your negative such as writing, meditation or exercise are productive and positive behaviors ways to accept alone-ness, and will feed your soul during hard times.
You surely have some talents that others do not, as well as unique experiences. Give your time to a person or a cause that will bring you meaning. The more you give, the more filled you will feel. Finding the courage to share your heart will bring you up to a place you did not know existed.
Fulfill your passions
